the nite train was about 14 hrs!! phewwww.... from cairo to aswan.. n it really was a baddd experience huhuhh.. neway arrived at aswan at around 12noon.. sumone named mahmoud picked us up n took us to our Nile Cruise!!! yeahhhh... the most exciting part of our trip! highly recommended! our cruise name was Nile Plaza.. quite cool.. before went in our room mahmod told us aout d activities for the afternoon.. we got 2 choices: 1st was Felucca Sail and d 2nd was Sound n Music.. katne ntah xingt.. the Felluca Sail cost 20US Dollar.. but we argued with him cause in the itenary Emat gave us clearly said we'll go to the felluca sail this afternoon which means its free (included) so we were not suppose to pay anything... huhhh kami da la tgh penat nih dgn pngalaman toilet train nye lagi huhuhhh... then he called Emad to ask about it n after zohor .. finally... we got to sail on Felucca!! hehehhh.. n before that we had our lunch on board which was awesome!! it was buffet style n d foods was just soo good!! n not to forget the dessert!! nyummyy!!! ok well Felluca is a traditional egyptian sail... thats all i can say huhuhh... n it was a great experience!! the Nile river itself doesnt look like a river.. it was like a sea!! n d wind was sooo... arghhh.... cant explain in words huhuhh... got to try it if u got d chance to go to egypt.. along the river we can see the Nubian Village, kids playing with some kind of sampan.. very small boat ... Elephantine Island.. Kitchen Island.. a tomb ... n so on.. after finish.. we gave the captain tips cause he asked for it while on sailing huhuhh... i just don understand egyptian.. didnt we paid to get on the sail?? as mahmoud said it cost 20US dollar per person (thats a lot of money ok!! 10pounds UK equal to 70ringgit malaysia..thats about 5Mc D meals ok huhuhh) .. then y d he** did they ask for an extra tips??? arghhhh no idea!! ok enough bout egyptian "way of life".. after that we decided to go around the Aswan town cause it seem still early.. n there was sum kind of parade went on.. don no wat probably Maulud Nabi or probably sumthing politic.. n nowhere to go in d town so went back on cruise..had a tea n biscuits n watch them playing pingpong.. uhhh how i wish they got a table football.. uhukkss.. i tried pingpong but... i just wasnt born for pingpong hahahhh.. alasan semata..the lepaking was great!! the wind was great!! so relax.. we kinda 'dressed up' for the dinner.. dinner was served n d food was good.. we had broccoly soup.. 'popia'.. steak.. n a very sweet dessert.. uhuuu hanye intan yg mampu mnghabiskan.. then finish dinner lepaking again on the deck viewing the nite view with a very fresh air... smpat main 'bum bum cha' gak hhahahh.. then had Nubian Show.. fun nite!!
